Subdivision plugin

Hi there.
I want to ask the community if there is a "Subdivision plugin" for Sketchup Pro 2014.

Specifically, I mean what he does at 1:04 in this video.

I downloaded the free Subdivision and Smooth plugin but whenever it always crashes...
