Xfrog trees not showing in render

This is very strange. When I try to render certain xfrog trees, all I get is a blank screen. I have never had this problem before, so completely stumped!! any suggetsions?

Are they proxies or are they actual geometry in the scene?

I think you need to synchronize materials under Plugins>VRay>Debugging>Force sync for all materials.
I have this set to a shortcut because it's buried in sub-menus
