Sketchucation error on startup by clicking on file

As the topic states:
If I start Sketchup by double clicking on the file name, an error appears.
If I start Sketchup by clicking on the Sketchup icon, there's no error.Maybe it's due to my linked (junction) plugin folder?

This is a known issue.
Until v2014 MR1 appears... this is a temporary fix - the .rb must be placed in the Tools folder...
