Projection of lines on surfaces

Hey I am having a problem regarding projection lines onto a surface. I have a drawing of a villa located on a slope. I want to project the lines of this villa on the sloped surface and then extrude the respective lines or planes upwards with respect to the slope. How can I do that. Please find attached the file,
