      Hi guys

I've been using the follow me tool to extrude a square shape around a short downward spiral. If you imagine a short and downward spiral corridor in your head-
I need the floor and ceiling to stay parallel with the ground (if Sketchup had a ground).

The Follow Me tool causes the square profile to bank around the spiral which looks nice but isn't what I'm after right now!

      Thanks.

This 'skewing' of profiles extruded with FollowMe is a known limitation of the native tool...
That is why the 'FollowMe And Keep' plugin [FAK] was created πŸ˜„
Download/install from the SCF PluginStore [under the Resources menu above].
This will do your extrusion as you wish, keeping the profile 'level' as it goes around the 3d curve...
