New Version of Layout and Style Builder

OK, I have Sketchup Pro, Ver. 8.0.16846. When I check for updates, it indicates that I have the latest version.

When I open Style Builder, it indicates there is a newer version of Style Builder. I have Style Builder Ver. 2.0.15158.

This also happens with Layout, the version of Layout I have is 3.0.15158.

So, I was under the impression, if I updated Sketchup, these two other programs would also be updated. Guess I am wrong.

When I go to the site as suggested by each program, all I can find is to download Sketchup Pro.

So any thoughts?

I would think if you downloaded the entire pro exe that it would update all the programs.

I believe that is the way to download. There is no partial way to download it is all or nothing.

Oh I thought thew program did an update installation file. Not sure then. Maybe uninstall, re-install?

I've seen that once in awhile with Style Builder. I don't know why it does it but there is no newer version of SB. I don't worry about it too much.

Try running SketchUp as administrator [context-menu option on its selected icon].
This one off might then update the references/licensing etc ?

Thanks TIG for the suggestion. Didn't work. I am going to follow Dave's advice and not worry about it.
