Delete Scenes

Whenever I have a model with scenes and try to delete all the scenes, when I delete the last scene, I get a bug splat.
Its not a huge deal, but a minor annoyance. Any tips or reasons why?

Doesn't happen to me on a similar setup.
Do you have any 3rd-party apps or tools loading that might add observers to the Scenes collection ?
These could then cause issues as their 'host' evaporates to nothing ?? -
I've had that happen - I think it was just falling over itself. I ran through the scenes again, deleting them more slowly & was OK.

Thanks for the replies. I just did a reinstall, and I don't think I have anything abnormal. Just a couple dozen plugins.
