      hi,
save texture in original form is easy, but how to export our texture in it´s edited ( eg. stretched ) form please?
by the way, could you please remind me a plugin, which helps us to export whole textures of our model at once?
thank you very much for your valuable tips!
      best of luck!

        Select face with distorted texture.
        Context-menu 'Unique Texture'.
There's now a new material using a distorted image file.
Export that as a SKM etc...

On the PC you could also do this. Go to the Edit Tab for the selected material. Give the material a new name and click on the little plus sign in the circle for Create Material. Open the secondary pane and navigate to the destination library. Click and drag the thumbnail from the In Model library to the destination.

If you are going to edit the material in SketchUp's editor, you could also select the starting material and choose Create Material. Do the editing and give the material a new name.
            New Mat1.png

When you click OK, you'll have the new material in the current library.
            New Mat2.png

The cool thing with that is you don't need to even apply the material or have it in the In Model library. You can do this in the local library if desired.

wow, it´s e very nice and helpful pictorial tut.
              Thank you very much!
i´ve start learning making model for google earth, so i wasn´t sure about
              texture aditting and so on.
now, i´m fighting with size reduction of model (10MB) without success 😆
              have a nice day!
