What a beauty! Where did you find the stone texture John?

Colours across this image are just wonderfully balanced ๐Ÿ‘

Only thing I can say is building could be tonemapped a little to match foreground grass/headstone shadows/foliage. It appears to be in more diffuse light while the foreground is in direct sunlight but, hey, maybe there's a cloud. โ˜€

Karlheinz thank you. The buildings are a pleasure to model, the difficult part is always what to model next.

Oli thanks. ๐Ÿ˜† " but, hey, maybe there's a cloud. โ˜€ " have you ever considered a career in the diplomatic corps. Here's another image, i'm sure my monitor need calibrating as they always look so different when viewed on the forum. The stone texture is part of a pack i bought about 3yrs ago but only ever use 2 brick and 1 stone out of them.

              Hi John ๐Ÿ˜„

              I'm fan too ๐Ÿ‘

I see since some of the last models that you manage very well the integration of the houses into landscapes with terrain variations. That's really great ++

Else, a question: is the graveyard is a single complete 2d picture (grass and gravestones)?
(is it so important to know: I'm not sure ๐Ÿ˜‰ )

How clever! You've fooled us with your other models and are now posting photographs! ๐Ÿ˜†

                        ๐Ÿ˜ฒ thank you everyone.

Pilou, that's a very nice building but I could see big problems with that dirty/dark stone render wise ๐Ÿ˜•
Simon, they are layered up in PS. when I'm bored I take a bunch of images and extract anything that may come in useful later, saving as PNG's. Trees, grass ect they can be altered again to suit your render. Almost any image will yield at least a couple of useable images.
Bryan, Shhh if the others click on to it you'll get me lynched ๐Ÿ˜†

Flawless work, brings back memories (since it's a church I must have been married there at some point)

Thanks Steve, 1990 when I was young and daft/dafter it was a case of "we'll pop in here Sat morning, a man with a white frock will say a few words, you sign the paper ok then we can have a bit of a party with the family and away for two weeks holiday", sounded good to me, how gullible can you get, Still stuck with her ๐Ÿ˜’

Overcoming the evident texture tilling problem that most 3d models suffer, especially stone facades is something to admire.

Gorgeous image John, your use of texture is really unique and also so much in keeping with your models.I think your images are some of the best I have seen here, and they also carry a "signature" which is very much your own.
