That's weird. You can make a new tray but I've not seen new inspectors. How did you do it?

That should be "Instructor" but it isn't showing the contents! Hopefully just a glitch?

No idea how I did it, it just appeared? its gone this morning though

Weird. There are ways of going back to the defaults on PC (View->Restore Default Workspace), but if it fixed itself you don't have to worry about it.
