        you can use solid tools for that.

            Hi folks.

            Solid tools are available only in SU 8 Pro.

            See this SU file for two ideas (use scenes tabs) if you have only SU 8 free.

              With the V8 Pro if your model is 'Waterproof' (solid) you can make a boolean difference between a bounding "box" and your first model πŸ˜‰

                    Yes your second method is valuable for this sort of simple "straight object" πŸ‘

                    But maybe not with more organic object
                    With this a normal Boolean Difference should be used or your first manual method πŸ˜‰
