I'm an architect who has yet to render. Very nice job, in many respects. My comments reflect my sometimes differing tastes and little else. Nice built-in storage: the cubes, very flexible and handsome. Main light: versatile, flexible, heavy. Wall fixtures need bases? Should be directed to the wall or down rather than out to eyes. Floor fixture takes up too much room. Couches lack sufficient back support. Big glass needs to be operable doors with deck beyond. All purple attire hurts the brain's eyes, though you toned it down nicely.

The panorama is notable. I suggest you to move it a little far from the window/resize/cover it/get a high quality image.
