Help needed installing Soap Bubble SU 8 OSX
-
Hi, I am an in the middle of a competition and need the Soap Skin & Bubble plugin. I used it before when it installed in the tools folder of SU.
But with SU8 I no longer see that folder in my library or the SU application folder.Any help is very appreciated. I have this weekend left to finish my work though. Hope there is someone here that can help out installing.

When the script was first written for SU ver 6 it installed in tools folder but with SU ver 8 you need to place in
Macintosh HD/Library/ApplicationSupport/Google Sketchup 8/Sketchup/Plugins folder on Mac -
Tx for the reply, sorry for the double post.
I installed in wrongly. Had to put the .rb file outside the folder of the SK&B plugin in the plugins folder. That was unclear to me.

I am having trouble with soap skin also witha mac. I installed and tried to use but i get a message that says "timelimit finshed" when I press the button. Anyone know why this might be happenning? I may have had a previous version installed that might be casuing a conflict although I thought I have deleted any previous files.

Please include details about your system. What SketchUp version and what OS?
Are you by any chance running Window Vista/Win7/Win8?
If so you might have files stuck in VirtualStore. Check this utility for help on finding VirtualStore: http://sketchucation.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=180&t=48399#p434453 -
