Well, there is C=2 pi r. If you happen to know the angle subtended by the arc, or if you know the fraction of the circle. I assume you mean true length, not Sketchup segment length(chord).

or you can just make sure that curve has enough segments (the more segments - the greater the precision), then explode it, select the segments that cover the length you want to measure, and look in Entity Info, there you will see the length.

In all recent versions of SUp the 'Entity Info' dialog should report a selected Arc's 'true length' and NOT the total of its segments.
To test this change the Arc's segment count in 'Entity Info' and you'll see irrespective of if it's 3 or 999 the reported 'length' remains the same - whereas exploding into lines copies of that same arc with differing segment-counts will report their cumulative lengths as differing...
