Hi, I'm trying to add wall thicknesses to my model but as there are angles involved its a bit more complicated and I can't find a solution!

I've attached an image of the model.

any suggestions on how to add a 500mm thickness to every face (250mm each side?) and manage the corners.

I've tried both shell plug ins but they don't work very well as they can't do an inner and outer shell. just inner and that not what I would like πŸ˜„

      Thanks
      Luke

πŸ˜’ Frankly you've modeled yourself into a corner...
However, with a bit of tidying up - e.g. there were a few faces you hadn't grouped - and moving the three main elements [floor/wall/slope] into groups and layering them to control visibility etc, it wasn't too hard to make a 500mm thickness for each of the faces [exploded them into the one mega-group for each type - 'walls' etc].
You still need to fix the 'slopes' and tidy how the floors intersect the walls etc at the end...Capture.PNGwalls.skp

lol well I didn't think it was possible to model myself into a corner lol.
            Thanks,

So you recommend doing the angled walls manually?
I don't get why non of the plugin worked for it
