<p dir="auto">I've attached an image of the model.</p>
<p dir="auto">any suggestions on how to add a 500mm thickness to every face (250mm each side?) and manage the corners.</p>

However, with a bit of tidying up - e.g. there were a few faces you hadn't grouped - and moving the three main elements [floor/wall/slope] into groups and layering them to control visibility etc, it wasn't too hard to make a 500mm thickness for each of the faces [exploded them into the one mega-group for each type - 'walls' etc].<br />
