Ellipse with equal faces/segments

Hi, I need to create an ellipse in Sketchup. Fair enough, i startet by creating a circle, and then stretching it. Only problem is that each of the faces get strected too, resulting in each of them getting a unique length. Now, I need to create an ellipse where each face got exactly the same size, but it seems nearly impossible to do. I know of the divide function but it seems only to work on circles, lines and arches, that has not been modified or streched again, becomming useless.
SO if anyone got a tip of how to do it, I would be extremely gratefull. Thanks

What I mean is that, when you create a default circle in sketchup, It consists of 24 faces/lines. All those lines are of equal length, however when you stretch the circle, those lines will be stretched differently resulting in unequal lengths. What I need is an ellipse that has equal segments, where those 24 lines are alike. To precise what exactly I need, it's an ellipse being 189x156 meter, consisting of 80 faces. Now, I'm no noob at sketchup, in fact I believe that I'm pretty good after 4 years of working with the program, but this thing really bugs me. And ofcourse you don't have to tell me how to add more segments to a circle, it was just an example.
I'll be home in 1 hour then perhaps I can show you a screenshot to specify more clearly.
Btw I already tried that plugin but it also creates unequal segments.

Faces can have any forms but must equal in surface ?
Curious problem
It's like a quadrature of circle
take the circumference lenght = one segment length
Divide it by the number of segments wished
And draw / adapt them above the original ellipseNow the headache : found 80 surfaces equal!

How stupid of me! Ofcourse I mean Edges and not faces, damn how could I mess that up?
Well, heres a simple picture of what I mean:
Normally, when creation ellipses I (and most people) would probably draw a circle, press S on the keyboard (1) and then stretch it. But as you can see (2) this method results in each EDGE having a unique length because that it was stretched. So, how do I make an ellipse where all the edge segments are of equal length?

The more segments the ellipse has the nearer they get to being equal...
IF you want exactly equal segments you need to code it from scratch... -
Alright, well, its just not the answer for me, I do understand that the more segments you make the more accurate they will be. But you see, I need an ellipse divided into 80 edges, so that can work on yeach of those edges (they have to be the same) Adding more segments would solve that, lets say, i doubled the number to 160 segments, then I would just have to work with two of them, in the end resulting in the same inaccuracy, and ofcourse, heavier and more demanding geometry.
But I thank you guys, if its not possible, then its not possible, atleast i can stop wondering about all the time
Oh but while we are it, out of clean curiosity; why do the "Divide" function not work on circles or arches which has been stretched, cut or modified in any way?

If you have to have equal length segments, you can use resample paths feature of Tgi3D (training free version has this feature unlimited). After drawing your ellipse remove the face (this feature will work with naked paths only), select the ellipse and apply with the desired length. (you have to supply the correct length somehow otherwise you will have one short segment).
