I wish members would learn forum etiquette and not use Capital Letters. It suggests shouting and isn't appreciated by many.

In addition to indicate shouting as Rich said, a body of text with all capital letters is much harder to read. There is a reason why we don't use the old Roman way of setting text in all capitals.
