Bulge flat face

Hi,
I was wondering if someone had a tip how to bulge a face to make a bump/ rounded surface? It doesn't have to be a regular shape. (See jpg.)

I like the Soap Skin Bubble plugin, though I always forget how to use it.
Also, you could use the sandbox tools. They com standard with SketchUp since version 5. Draw a "from scratch" grid. Then intersect the grid onto your planter area. Then use the smoove tool to make a mound. you have to be careful though as the smoove tool will lift the edges off the ground surface, which is rarely desirable.
