Scenes turn off all shadows?

Okay - I used a Page script to export scenes from one model to another. It took quite a long time to bring the 35 scenes into the other model. Now - somehow - all the scenes have the shadows turned on and it is taking 15-20 minutes to tab between the tabs and turning them off. Is there anyway to get rid of all the shadows in the scenes without paging through each one?
Ugh - I hate when things glitch like this and I have a presentation in a couple hours.

Use the Scene Manager > Update tool on ALL scenes... BUT ONLY to update shadow-settings [i.e. when they're 'off' in the current view so that's applied to all selected scenes tabs]
