PushPull a Circle to make the lower cylinder.
PushPull again +Ctrl to leave a seam to make another cylinder on top of that.
Select the top circular edge of that and scale if about its center [+Ctrl] to make an inverted conical shape [like a funnel?].
It's hard to see if the top part is circular - if it's not also scale the top in from a side [+Ctrl] to make it an oval.
Group it all.
Make a Circle on the Red axis and extrude it as a horizontal cylinder, move that so it intersects the Group centrally where the 'scooped-out' parts are.
Edit the Group and 'select all', right-click context-menu Intersect with Model.
Exit the edit and erase the horizontal cylinder as it no longer needed.
Re-edit the Group and erase the unwanted parts to leave the 'scooped-out' dips in the 'funnel' part.
Now form those little 'ear' bits... Assuming they are cylinders make a small one, inside it's own component and position [grouping will stop thing accidentally sticking together]. intersect with the model again and trim to suit. Copy the component across to the other side - Scale x -1 to flip it.
Finally you can explode all of the parts and reconfigure into a combined new Component... -
