Well, I rarely use the 3ds exporter but try without standalone edges.

And what do you mean by "same problem in skp"? Is the geometry messed up there, too?

(The native exporters are not plugins as far as I know...)

Well, if you modelled it in a way that it is messed up, an export will not help.

Did you model it at all? Is it an import? Can you share the file (upload as an attachment below the post where you are typing)

Yes, i modelled it by myself and with model in sketchup everything ok (i think so).
I attach rar archive with my model. Sorry for my english )

Had you used Model Info > Statistics > Purge Unused the model would have been ~1Mb instead of ~5Mb and you could have attached it without compressing it as a .rar file...

The modeling looks OK - apart from stand-alone edges your export-settings also seem OK...
Do you set the units in options to be the same [mm] for export AND import ?
This is what I get - looks OK to me [the triangulation is required by 3ds format] Capture.PNG

I haven't know about the"Purge Unused" function until you showed me.
Yes, measure units are the same in the 3D MAX and SU (mm).
However, it is a bit strange that the model looks fine when reproduced through my PC with SU
