Crashes on Open

Just started to happen, SU 7 crashes when using the "open" command.
Sketchup Pro 7.1.6860

Did a repair reinstall and still crashes.

Hi Ben,
I usually don't advocate this, but since you don't seem to have anything to lose... you might try deleting the whole Sketchup7 registry key. Close Sketchup first, delete the following key only, and try to run SU.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Google` SketchUp7`
This will completely reset all your settings in Sketchup - Toolbars, Webdialogs, screen positions, templates, shortcuts, file locations,etc, etc.

Ben, I was having bug spats with exporting avi. I rebooted, restored system, and install-repair without success. Install-remove, then install worked. Had to setup and fix menus, but got up and running OK. Not sure from your post if you tried to remove then install. If not video issue, give that a try.
