hi, i'm new here and i need some help. πŸ˜•

I'm an interior student and currently having a project right now.

i'm making a modern tree-concept for my project, it's not literally wood-trees. the material i use is steel rod reinforced concrete.
the shape of this modern tree will somehow connected to ceiling, to floors and it will form a space which people can interact inside, which means, they are all connected, between the ceiling, the pillar, the tree itself, and the floors.

I had this all idea in my had but i do not know how to make it in sketchup, i tried to watch tutorials in youtube but it's just not enough.

Please help me out. i really appreciate it.
      Thank you πŸ˜„

Any example images of something at least similar - you 'word-picture' is a bit blurry...

Do you have a hand-drawn sketch of the design concept that you can post? Otherwise it's going to be difficult for anyone to suggest any modelling techniques/solutions.

At the lower part of the 'Post a Reply' screen is 'Upload Attachment' tab Capture.PNG Browse to the image desired and hit 'Add File', wait for it to load, you can then 'Place in Line' as I just did...
You can attach many 'types' of files [e.g. .jpg or .png] - and those you are not allowed to attach directly you can always make into a zip or rar archive first, which are also acceptable formats - if you upload a SUp '.skp' file it's a good idea to also attach a png screen-shot so we know what to expect when we open it. πŸ˜‰
You can also preview your post and even edit it later it it's not quite as you would like it to be...

Sounds like a cool project, can't wait to see a rough...

btw, I vote 'word-picture is a bit blurry' for the euphemystic metaphor of the month-award πŸ˜†
