Thank you for your excellent work on this tool.
I have a question: I see in the parameters selection box the term Jitter. What factor does this refer to? I am not familiar with this term.
Thanks,
mitcorb -
thx mate
-
cool plug indeed
-
Hi,mitcorb and paulower.
"jitter" is condition of difference.
Decrease value of jitter to 0, then fur are same each other.About Error 183... I do not understand this well.
I think that it is the one that concerns the memory perhaps.
I examines it a little more. -
Great, feel wonderful. I had long hoped that someone develops it.
thank you. -
i call it "fuzzy donut adrift."

That's quite a nice image mate! Could have been the top of someone's head too! Or my bum sticking out of the water? Im hairy, well not that hairy but you get the pic!
-
Funny Richard, it does look kind of like the top of you head in your photo.
-
Wonderful Plugin tak!
When loading or saving a preset it zero's out the position of the plugin window. It would be nice if it didn't jump around like that.
(This may have been mentioned somewhere... if it has, forgive me)Cool!
-
Amazing plugin, can't believe it's actually possible in SU
-
Does it possible to load our own styles?
Solved :
Just replace Component instance!
Or better load By Component Instance
(Components must be first on the model

Hi,all.
I updated make fur plugin.
It's version 1.2.
Rev : 2010-05-09 -- v1.2
refreshing Webdialog method change.(no reopen)
assign fur_parameter to current material.
add ruby definition for any exporters.
--get_furmesh_by_mat( face , mat , ret_furmesh = [] )
face:want to make fur on.
mat :material with fur_parameter.
ret_furmesh:return array.[ [ polygonmesh , uv ], [..] , [..]..]

sample code is in end of fur_en_v1_2.rb.

Thank you for your helps. If I can make one suggestion for a future version... can you give an option for either metric or imperial. Us 'Yanks' still use imperial (well I do)
Thanks again for a wonderful plug-in.

So do I, but us Yanks need to get our shit together and conform to the sensible universal system already, it's been far too long with our silly system.

Thoughts of the rest of the world exactly! Just for the life of me (us) cant see why the USA has held out adopting what is pretty much a world standard and a darn simple one! Things are so simple when divided by ten!
