Urgent help pls

Hello,
I wonna make a shhpe that has two faces, one on top and one on the bottom... they are both different as you cna see in the screenshot...
What I want to do is have a pattern (as youc an see secodn screenshot) taht goes in bewteen them all around teh edge... I used the Chris Fullmers plugin "component stringer to get teh pattern to go all around nicely but I want the patter to be thinner in some places... I have no idea how to do it... Iw as thinking maybe if I had the pattern follow two lines (edges of each of the top and bottom faces) then it could of been done quicker and more efficent.Thank you,
Milo

http://forums.sketchucation.com/viewtopic.php?p=201286#p201286 takes you to the page explaining how to use it.
At the end of that page is a link that takes you to a page with a link to download all of the EEby... tools, in a single zipped set - download and install them following the instructions... -
Thanks for that,
One more thing....
I am using weld tool but for some reason it wont weld all those lines into one... it sometimes welds like half of it...would u know why? There are two ends....

One more thing...
Is there a way to use two rails to get a group or component duplicated all along it ?something like component stringer but also like the extrude edges by rails....
