GIMPplugin Resynthesizer

Download the zip file to your Desktop.
Extract its folder/files into a similarly named folder... Now open that and the contained 'GIMP 2.0' folder and copy/paste the two folders called 'lib' and 'share' into the programs files 'GIMP 2.0' folder, merging these folders/files with its existing contents...
Worked OK for me... -
Ok TIG,
Thanks, I'll give it a shot.
I was preparing a followup post horror story with more info on how my first attempt following the GIMP faq on plugin downloads failed when your reply showed up.This plugin doesn't just deploy to the plugin folder, but also sends something to the script folder. My attempt buried the files way down too deep in the Gimp application directory, and the command was not available in the Filters menu.

i'd like to hear a report on how well this works. preferably side by side comparison to pshop if anyone has both.
-
Thanks for explanation TIG.
I get the plugin working but the results are nothing like it should be. The removed part is filled with sky in my case. I believe that there was some kind fix for this problem but I can't get it working (I can find any Heal selection- alternative in my filters). When they talk about Fix, they tell to:
"Download the second file and copy it to C:\program files\gimp-2.0\share\gimp.0\scripts"
But, I don't have this folder structure. Has anybody else had similar problems?
This is where they talk about Fix (Heal selection):

Where are your Gimp 'scripts' ? they should be there ?

mikka i'm not too familiar with gimp but it seems to me in your screeny that you have your whole image selected except for the piece on the road. i don't think thats a proper selection for the result you want.

Thanks again for help guys. Now I got one step further.
This is what I have done so far:
1.I uninstaled my Gimp 2.02.I downloaded Gimp (gimp-2.6.8-i686) and installed it on my computer
3.I downloaded (resynthesizer-for-Windows-0.13b) and copied (resynthesizer.exe) from extracted files (Program Files\GIMP-2.0\lib\gimp\2.0\plug-ins) to Gimp plugins folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\GIMP-2.0\lib\gimp\2.0\plug-ins)
4.I saved the script from the webpage (http://newslily.com/blogs/96)to(C:\Program Files (x86)\GIMP-2.0\share\gimp\2.0\scripts)
5.Now I find Heal selection option in filters but when I run it I get error message:
Does anybody else get this error message?
-
I finally got it working. I just downloaded the script from (http://registry.gimp.org/node/15118)and replaced the script that I had downloaded from (http://newslily.com/blogs/96), and now it is working just fine.

I have not been able to get back to this, yet. But thanks to all respondents.

Hi guys, not sure what I'm doing wrong here with this resynthesizer plugin...
For some reason it is not finding the adjacent content; rather the trees!!!
