PROBLEM SOVLED
For now...@unknownuser said:
Ok, so I tried opening my Sketchup and this popped up:
Help!
-
Did you install any plug-ins recently?
-
Not in the past week no, actually not at all.
-
Search your plugin folder for files that contains "%d more".
-
I'll try that...
But its not there!
-
I think it has served you well so far and is asking for a tip!
-
You need to have a decent search tool to look inside rubies - the PC's own doesn't look in .rb files properly.
Try getting baregrep [free], then search all .rb Plugins recently installed [by date] for 'more' or '%d' or '%d more' or UI.messagebox or UI::messagebox... Search sub-folders too as it might be in there...
If some ijit has used variables to build up a string it'll be harder to find - if it's been compiled into a .rbs file then eeek!... Then you'll need to remove the scripts in blocks [by date?] systematically till it stops the error - then add them back in 'halves' until it breaks again - then you can find you find the culprit in the ever decreasing number of files 128/64/32/16/8/4/2/1 etc... -
Its ok guys, I started my PC today and SU worked fine.
If I still got this problem I'll bump this thread.
