Hi,
Would any one know of a tool that can scale up or down with having to calculate the percentage to get it to the measurement you want?

Use the built-in SUp Scale Tool but instead of a number you need to type in the dimension withunits appended...
For example you have a box 1600mm wide and want it to be 600mm wide you could do it the hard way and say to yourself 600mm/1600mm=0.375 so I'll scale in the width by that..... BUT if you just typed in 600mm it is made 600mm wide - irrespective of it's previous width...
[note you must have the mmto tell SUp it's in a length otherwise plain 600 will make it 600 times wider
