V-ray material problem.

Hi. i'm learning v-ray for su now. i found a problem with materials i create. sometimes the faces (highlights/reflections on the faces) are not smooth as they should be. attached image is a good example. the material is a texture with bump map, reflection layer with IOR 1.2 and reflection glossiness set at 0.6. How to make these surfaces appear smooth? the objects in the image are low poly but it doesn't matter as the same thing happens to hi poly models created using sds.

It looks like maybe the material was added to the group and not the faces, if you explode the group and then regroup, it should render smooth.

Can you share the model so we can have a look?
Also, what version do you have? (What does it say in the About section?) -

Since I didn't have the maps you used I just rendered a clay model, and I did not see the faceting...
