      @fimo

      Dunno... it does behave correctly Left/Right. Just not Up/Down.

      In this video you can see it working as expected. Maybe @fredo6 knows more?

          I've installed the latest version of FredoScale, and I'm not sure it's really an improvement, at least not for me. Also, the fact that I have to manually turn off "Uniform" every single time is very irritating. Is there a way to change this so that Uniform is disabled by default?

            Improvement on what? There was a bug which was fixed so that it works as designed.

              Well, it seems to me that the user interface has changed, or am I completely mistaken?

                This is completely new to me, or am I wrong?

                  This dialog always existed and is invoked by prssing Tab when the mouse is over a handle. Simply there was a bug for some situations.

                    @fredo6 Great work. This latest β€œUniform Scale” modification, although visually a small change, has actually been a major breakthrough for me. Congratulations!

                      @fredo6 😐
                      I always got this dialog when pressed the tab and LOVED it! Schermafbeelding 2026-08-16 150109.png. When pressing ctrl- & shift I could scale uniformly. I don't see the improvement...sorry 😞

                        @pep75 This is the panel that appears with the button in the latest version 3.7a, with a tab in one corner of the box. It's improved because now you can disconnect the measurements.![alt text]![alt text]SketchUp_OMua0V52fN.png

                          Yes, I understand that, but I find it incredibly cumbersome. Every time I want to scale objects, I first have to disable the "uniform scale" option and then press Enter twice (which isn't a big deal). The way it was before worked fine; I wasn't missing anything at all.
