Thanks 😄 But as I wrote, it's neither in the menu nor right-clicking the groups does show the plugin...

Is there perhaps a version older then 8.0.4811 that's known to work?
I am using XP Home 32 Bit SP 3,

You have to: View/Toolbars/ and select OSCoolean
It works when "things" are: make group, not make components.

        Hi everybody.

I got some problem when trying to use these very interesting plug in : after choosing one of the buttons, nothing more happens, no more pointer, impossible to select the solids ... and I get this error message from the Ruby console :
        Error: #<NoMethodError: protected method `onMouseMove' called for #<OSCoolean:0xdfe87e0 @coolean="T">>
        (eval):1298

What made I wrong or forgot to install ??

        Thank's for any help.

        Paul

I'd love to try this plugin ( iam still on v 7.1) but it does not appear wise to install this as it might not work on ver 7?

                @Oscarlok:

can you make OSCoolean work with faces/meshes? Like subtract a cube from a mesh/face?

is this plugin has been updated recently? does it still work with the recent SU 8? not the M2 one.

Hi: just wanted to say this is a great plugin. I'm going to use it a lot.

Donz, if you have SU8 Pro, do you even need this plugin?

I figured it out. OSCoolean does not work when sketchyphysics is enabled. At least on my computer. I disabled it, and now it's working fine.

                            Not working for me :

                            Error; #<NoMethodError; undefined method `best_picked' for nil;NilClass>
                            (eval);98;in `set_current_point'

                            (eval);98

                            My U version (non-Pro) :
                            8.0.11752

I'm using XP "up-to-date" as it can be 😕

                                      SketchyPhysics must be disabled.

                                        Hi

I've got non trivial combination of 2 groups:

                                        http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7110/6915362206_676330870d.jpg

When I'm trying to intersect them, I can see the console output (see below).
It looks like sort a NullPointer exception.

I use SketchUp 8 and latest version of the OSCoolean script. I noticed that the script is delivered in binary form. if author of that script is busy with something else, could it be possible to get that script as Ruby- source? I'm pretty sure that I could find the bug and fix it.

                                        Thanks!

                                        regards,

                                        Anton
