That video made for some great laughs. Unfortunately in the US, you'd either get sued into oblivion or shot.
They have a show in the US called 'Scare Tactics' and I remember reading how the show got sued for trying things similar to this.

A Twinkie is a fat finger shaped sponge cake stuffed with synthetic (non dairy) cream, apparently it's believed to have an unusually long shelf life (unless opened). They are pretty tasty, I like to freeze them and dip in hot chocolate.

By the way, the guy with the blue shirt was Turkish. He said:

He was talking with a slight accent. He is probably a turkish expat. It seems you revert to the native language under stress.
