granted, and with new technology it is now the size of your fingernail and you have to have a flat surface to project the image on to "touch Screen", most of the time this is on your girls...um...back.
I wish I had an "Draw Auto House" button on my computer.

Granted, but the auto houses that your computer draws meet the needs of the automobiles, but none of the needs of your clients. You go broke because the autos won't pay.

Granted, but by me granting you this wish you new job has actually been created by a grant, therefore causing a rift in time and space and the earth implodes leaving only a small poodle floating in space, which then explodes and now you feel horrible.
I wish I could better estimate my time needed to model a new project.
