The message is telling you that your currently installed version of LibFredo6 [14.2a] is too old to run those listed extensions, which need at lease 14.3
The current Libfredo6 version available from our PluginStore is 14.5f

You simply need to install the latest versions of those extensions, LibFredo6 and the SketchUcation toolset [for any licensing], then restart SketchUp to sync everything...

The SketchUcation ExtensionStore³ dialog can do this for you quite simply...

Have you restarted SketchUp after the extension / lib were installed ?
That should sync everything.
The toolbar & menu items should show up then.
Fredo's extensions are listed under a submenu in the Tools menu... did you look there after a restart ?
Simply paying for a license doesn't license the extension. You need to activate it in the appropriate submenu under Tools...
If you have tried all of this without success, then please comeback for further help...

When you buy a Fredo6 license it allows you to install it [and validate it] on up to 3 different computers.
You simply copy the license file onto the other computer and use that file to activate a license for the related extension on that computer.
There are also tools available on the SketchUcation website to manage licenses later on - e.g. if you get a different computer that needs a license, and you can remove a validation from the previous computer.

Cuando compras una licencia de Fredo6, te permite instalarla [y validarla] en hasta 3 computadoras diferentes.
Simplemente copie el archivo de licencia en la otra computadora y use ese archivo para activar una licencia para la extensión relacionada en esa computadora.
También hay herramientas disponibles en el sitio web de SketchUcation para gestionar licencias más adelante, p. si obtiene una computadora diferente que necesita una licencia, puede eliminar una validación de la computadora anterior.
