Here is a Half-French binding I once modelled. It's a bit high-poly, not suitable for building a library

      Nice one Anssi.
What I was trying for with my component was to have a few books all together, like a set of encyclopedias.

I thought I'd go ahead and make some more versions of the books component so that a library would look more interesting.

ever heard of people who buy books by the meter (or foot, depending where you are) in order to fill their shelves and look cultured? somehow i thought of them when downloading your marvellous components: now i am ready for them. let them come and i shall fill their virtual shelves with books of all sorts.

                                  thanks, gidon.

I thought I'd post some pictures of a small study I'm planning for a close friend. I think the book components really enhance the look of the model.
