      This is a setup for ripping parallel grooves in panels. The woodworker for whom I did this is working on some slab doors that are to have shallow grooves sawn in at regular intervals. Adjustable stops locate a saw track (or a fence) and gauge blocks provide incremental spacing. Could be used in other ways, too.

          What keeps the saw or router from cutting into the T-tracks?

            I didn't show it in the model because I was trying to make it quickly but the track would be placed low enough that the saw blade would clear the aluminum. The grooves are to be only between 1/16 in. and 1/8 in. deep.

              @slbaumgartner I lowered the T-tracks.

                The simpler the tool, the harder the planning to make it. Nicely done, Sir.
