      Hey everyone! 👋

I'm one of the developers behind ArchyBase, an AI-powered design
tool built for architects, interior designers, and SketchUp users.

The core idea is simple: upload your SketchUp export or a rough
sketch, and get a photorealistic render in seconds — no complex
setup, no render engine to configure.

      Here's what it currently supports:

      • Sketch to Render (great for SketchUp exports)
      • AI Interior Design – restyle any room in 30+ styles
      • AI Exterior Home Design – change facades, materials, lighting
      • AI Landscape Generator – visualize gardens, pools, patios

It's free to try (no credit card needed): https://archybase.com

I'd love to hear honest feedback from this community —
SketchUp users tend to have high standards, and that's
exactly the kind of input that helps us improve.

Does this fit into your workflow? What's missing?
      Happy to answer any questions!

OK, my first response to you is probably not what you are looking for but bear with me.

ArchyBase – Free AI Rendering for SketchUp: Sketch to Render, Interior & Exterior as a headline, an attention grabber, becomes "Free to TRY".

Using the term free render and then changing it to free trial is a turn off. Personally I would not touch it with a barge board after that start.

Have a good day out there but do try harder.

Looks good. What about customers that don't use gmail? How are those meant to test?

Thanks for raising this! We totally understand the inconvenience for non-Gmail users.

We actually had open email registration before, but unfortunately it was heavily abused — we saw a flood of spam accounts and malicious activity that forced us to restrict sign-ups to Gmail only. It was not an easy decision, and we genuinely wish we didn't have to do it.

We're actively looking into better solutions that balance security with accessibility. Thanks for your patience and understanding!

That's completely fair feedback, and honestly, we appreciate the bluntness.

You're right — leading with "Free" and then walking it back to "Free Trial" is a classic bait-and-switch feeling, even if unintentional. It erodes trust before someone even tries the product, and that's the last thing we want.

We'll take a hard look at how we're messaging this. The headline should set honest expectations from the start. Thanks for taking the time to call it out — this kind of feedback is more valuable than you might think.
