I guess the company is out of business, the software does not work. The support is unresponsive. Just wasted my money.

I am using Placemaker since a few months.
recently I have a problem.
when I try to import the geometrie I have the following error:
"Selection must contain previously imported 3D Earth tiles. No valid tiles were selected."
but I used placemaker Google import first
what can I do?

I used to import Googlemaps buildings, but now they want a yearly paid subscription.
Is anybody else using this app?

Any app with some type of GIS data import comes with a cost. Placemaker initially had a credit type solution but it moved to yearly sub after a few versions.

OK, I want to make the yearly subscription. I've choosen the 109 $ but they will add 1000 tokens for 130 $ to my account.
Is that the subscription?

Credit are for tiles which is the Pay-as-you-go version not the Subscription
