Fredo corner - license

hello, i dont see there any options to release licenses

If you used the latest SketchUcation Tools for activation, you should be able to release them there. -
Did you login as your usual member-name associated with your licensing ?
What version of the SketchUcation toolset do you have installed ?
It should be v4.2.9 to give you the latest license set up... -
is the new one from resources and iam signin there... but i already have 3 seats on fredocorner, but that licenses arent in use, because they was in older PCs, and i dont use them anymore... so i just need to release license from HD ID somehow now

I released the two older seats of 2021.

but how can i do that, when i dont have PC with that license ? i already have used 3 seats .. but that pc stations arent "live" anymore.. the just is used by hW id

Hi,
Is there a way to release an old seat? I have 2 out of 3 seats taken but I am only using one seat. The 'Release seat' that is available via Sketchucation is my current HW.ID which I want to use. I want to release the other seat and I have no idea where it is being used.

Email support@sketchucation.com and we will take a look. In your email please have the following:
- Run the Window > Libfredo Settings > Fredo6 Plugins Information for Sketchucation Support menu command in SketchUp and copy/paste the output into your email.

I have a licence for RoundCorner but when I try to apply it, it says it's not for the correct product. Any suggestions? !

@takerootgardendesign Round Corner and Fredo Corner are separate products.
Looks like you are trying to license Fredo Corner with your RoundCorner license hence the message.
Install Round Corner, restart SketchUp and then activate using the license file at https://sketchucation.com/webshop/my-licences.php
