Fredo6 Curviloft - missing tool bar [SKP 2023 / 2024]

Hi!
I'm having problem with louching installed plug-in - Fredo6 Curviloft.
It is installed, but there is no tool bar.
I've tried it in few versions of Sketchup:- SketchUp 2022 - everything works just fine
- SketchUp 2023 and 2024 - no tool bar, though the plug-in is installed
Other plug-ins are showing up and working, but not the one I need right now
Can anybody help me with that?

Your Libfredo is outdated please upgrade to 14.3d

Please run the Window > Libfredo Settings > Fredo6 Plugins Information for Sketchucation Support menu command in SketchUp and copy/paste the output into your reply.

Do you see the menu entries for Curviloft?
Also, did you install SketchUp 2023 and 2024 with ‘run as administrator’ ?

I'm not sure what menu entries specifically means.. Could you tell me more?
I installed SketchUp by entering from the program and just install it, but I don't know in what mode. But I'm set as an administrator, so I think (but not sure) that I've installed it that way -
