The cheapest way would be to go to the 3D Warehouse in your internet browser, find the objects you ant and download the Collada version of the files. Then import the .dae into SketchUp 2020.
Another option would be to install Eneroth Open Newer Version (from the Extension Warehouse), download the .skp files for the objects via your internet browser, and use that extenion to open them followed by saving them as 2020 version files.
I don't think subscribing to SketchUp Go would get you a whole lot. You could access the 3D Warehouse with it and save them to your computer but you still wouldn't be able to open them in SU2020.

Thanks for the response Dave.

I will have to try that.

I didnβt think I could download from the warehouse that way. Again, I will give it a look/try.

I guess once again, you could use the Enroth Open Newer Version plugin.

@DaveR I logged in to the 3DWarehouse and when I clicked to download a file I got a dropdown list that gave me the option to download the file as a 2020 skp file.
Are there any other sources for obtaining models/components?

pCon Planner would give you access to furniture and office objects. Then you could then save them down to any SU version. pCOn can also open ANY SU version as well as save down to any

What kind of models are you looking for? You can get some free interior design models here:
Furniture:
For furniture there's also Andreu World. You'll have to poke around there and they have 3D cad models which you can import into Sketchup and do some cleaning up if you desire. They have some high quality designs. Start under "products" above.
Hightower also has a lot of free furniture models in Sketchup.
If you can convert FBX files you can also find a lot of content at Quixel Megascans which is also free.

I primarily do exterior modeling.

Looks like some good sources. I never use any components from the 3D Warehouse or other sources. I prefer to make my own. Usually that's easier than fixing up components made by others to suit my needs.

Me too Dave but I have needed some windows and foliage recently.

I found the universal importer on this site very useful and allows the use of fbx files so additional resources there. I find the facet reducxtion aspect a little hit and miss but otherwise if works well.
When looking for resources, the sites I have on speed dial to coin a phrase are:-
These sites allow three models per diem but during holidays will allow a lot more. Depending on the depositer, the usual caveat of standar applies so cleaning up and dimensioning can be a chore.
