Here's one more fun one.. this is from episode 2 of Dead Ringers on amazon. They ended up going with the a different design and the VFX artist did an awesome job, but here was our concept for this building.
and the SketchUp model...
and the actual location with the carousel building. This way, they can shoot people walking into something 'real'.

Lake house... apparently, these people own a few of the adjacent properties and really just wanted a garage to park their boats and toys but they are not allowed to build just a garage along the lake.. so a house it is! haha..

I was trying get an animation job and realized I did not really have any examples. Took 5 mins and made a quick path in this project since so much of it was modeled. Its unfortunate that the camera went through that guy's head..haha.

This is a long shot but something tells me this is a restaurant that specializes in fish....
Unless the guy leaving is Colonel Sanders then my theory is full of holes.

Here's a quick, 20 minute project.. client sent me a simple model and I stuck it in a stock lumion scene for the background and tweaked materials and added people.
