I a new user and newbie in Sketchup, I begin to learn Sketchup with a old computer with Windows XP SP3, and I need to install Sketchup 2014 v1.14.282 Spanish language wich is the last version XP compatible, i tryed to find the installer in the web, but i still loking for this...

At this point in time I don't know where you'll find that ancient version in Spanish. You can get the English version here. Do you have the license for it already? They won't sell you a license for that version now.

Just use the web based version if you're learning. Then if it becomes a passion get yourself a license.
