Licence file missing.

After the computer disaster I thought I was sorted but pl;ugins are missing their license files and I am being told I need the latest sketchucation tools.
Getting to be a nuisance.

Your license files are here

I have 4.2.9.

If you go to....
C;\Users\SomeName\AppData\Roaming\SketchUp\SketchUp 2022\SketchUp\Plugins
...and delete sketcucation.rb and sketchucation folder and then install
ExtensionStore | SketchUcation
3D SketchUp Community for Design and Engineering Professionals.
(sketchucation.com)
Does the error re-occur?
That message is saying the library file is missing. Have you check to see if the prompt is correct and that the file is missing?

That .so file has also been shipped with several earlier versions of the SketchUcation Toolset...
If the .so file is in its named subfolder, but SketchUp is failing to find it, then it suggests a permissions issue with your set up.On a PC you must install SketchUp properly...
Close SketchUp and find its installer's exe file - usually in your Downloads folder.
Select its icon and right-click > context-menu > Run as administrator...
In the resultant dialog choose Repair.
When it's completed restart SketchUp and see if that helped...
Doing a Repair will not adversely affect anything you have already installed - like extensions...
It will try to correct any folder/file permissions which can become skewed if you double-click on an installer's exe file to Run it, having admin-powers on your user-account is not the same as installing as outlined above...If none of this works then there's another possibility... I've noticed that your user-name is 'User' ... in a file name a U preceded by a \ can confuse Ruby into thinking it's a Unicode string. I thought this had been resolved, but perhaps Fredo could enlighten us further...

This has been resolved.
Slow refresh rate at times, like when the render window is open for example but one step at a time.

How did you fix it ?
Letting others know can be helpful if they have similar issues...
