Perspective removal application

I am preparing a drawing book and am going to take photos using my cellphone. The problem is that images need perspective correction.
Is there any distortion removal /perspective correction app (for free)? -
Adobe used have a free app that allowed you to create lens profile to correct distortion.

DNG is a publicly available archival format for storing camera raw files. Adobe DNG Converter is a free utility that converts files from more than 350 cameras to DNG.

But now that is part of the Adobe suite.
There Hugin, which is used to stitch panos but can also do lens correction...
Or you could go with Affinity Photo as it support lens profiles. Batch fixing images shot on your phone would be very easy using this and much cheaper that Adobe PS

Is this what you are looking for? Seems that there is a plug-in for Paint.net (free).
If not, my bad.

There is this app for phones, both IOS and Android, which isn't exactly free, but seems to work rather well. Maybe there are alternatives for free?
