SCFLicense: Extension Licensing on Sketchucation

Unfortunately, I can only release the licenses that are on the computers that I currently have access.

Hi Freedo6! Just like JessyB, I can't release seats through MyLicenses page on Sketchucation
(I can expand the Seat indicator, but there is no way to release the seats). I also don't have access to computer that I validated licences on.

Could you please release my licences validated on 21/04/2022? Licences numbers are: 45771,45772,45773,45774,45775,45776,45777,45778.

Thank you for your great work - your plugins help me a lot!

Could you upgrade to very last version of Skecthucation ExtensionStore. You should then be able to do it online.

I upgraded sketchucation to the very last version (4.2.9). Where can I find option to release seat from the computer I don't have access to?
MyLicenses page on Sketchucation doesn't have option to release seat as well, it only dispays taken seats with dates.

I released all seats for all your licenses. So, you'll need to revalidate your licenses.

What did you do exactly? There is no trace from a payment of license at Sketchucation.

I just bought bundle license package but I didn't check the quantity of that.
In this case, how can I refund?
I bought 2 bundles and want to refund one of those.

Hi Fredo - I purchased the license set, but the scflicense file is for "Round Corner" instead of Fredo Corner which as I understand it is the more up to date version of the plugin. Any help on this? When trying to validate the license the software will not recognize the scflicense file.

FredoBundle doesn't include Fredo Corner.

No trace of 10193. I released the other seats.

Please release some of the licenses for me, I have already reinstalled windows on my old laptop so I can't get a seat from it anymore and it's pretty much getting stuck forever.

But you have a button 'Obtain License' in the License dialog box that would direct you to this page.

I have used up the trial period.
