Bevel everything that would be worn. Irregularities and imperfections please the eye.

Nice case study in lighting though.

Could easily be a dungeon anywhere, the beveling only happens after a lot of years though so it unless your dungeon was built during the great castle building times of the thirteenth and fourteenth C, the beveling needs to be restrained. Dirty dungeons are more atmospheric though.

I do like the setting but, only a lot.

Thanks guys. Did use Twilight’s bevel modifier on the concrete textures. Also added some blur in post , the focus is on the door so details not so sharp at the top of the stairs. As close as my skill set allowed me to get to what I was shooting for.

I've been watching a lot of abandoned building videos on YouTube and this gives off those vibes.

                  Nice! 👍

Thanks Bryan. Kind of what I was shooting for. Creepy basement in an old building… just what’s going on down there. 👍

It's pretty much exactly like some of the video from those shows. Lighting. Texture. Camera angle. 👍

With the configuration of the door, hatch and bolt lock it is meant to keep things in the room. So somebody or, some thing is imprisoned.
