Twinmotion render and link (Updated)
-
Hi all in my effort to practice rendering I created a model based on an image I saw. I have attached my render and a link to the TM file via dropbox. So if anybody on here wants to have a go at rendering if you use Twinmotion feel free to do so. You will find the file had lots of extraneous stuff so just dump those and do your own thing. If anyone who does not use TM but uses another render engine I will post it on 3D warehouse, It is nothing special though. However these seemingly simple renders are the hardest as there is nowhere to hide anongst all the simplicity
(Edited) I have fixed the duplicated toilet exposed by an eagle eye

Is that realtime or RT? I presume RT. TM is getting really good. Hard to not ignore it these days.
What happened to the toilet? It has a doppelganger?
-
Hi Rich it is PT, RT looked like a car crash. The toilet thing, how did I miss that? think I was so into the details I missed the elephant
I left the SKP toilet in and forgot to delete it when I replaced it with a TM one . Running another render now -

I assume that because you are talkin RL and PT you have updated to TM 2022?

I agree with the simple renders view, nice idea to start a discussion. Thanks mate.
Could you leave the Sketchup model somewhere please? Still trying to get to grip with TM which I admit will change the way many go about the whole modeling and rendering process, room to make this easier too.

Hey Mike, no problem I have put it on 3D warehouse. You can find the texture on sketchup texture club.
But you can use what you wish of course, just make sure it is a PBR material for a good resultapp.sketchup.com/app?3dwid=2cdf69af-9dc3-4fca-8e4a-c0ef36415f80

Oh and Mike, the model is open ended. I closed it off with twinmotion geometry (Primative) and textored it as the rest of the tiling so I could move it in just behind the camera so I could use a reflexion probe on the mirror to reflect it.

Thanks mate.

Mike, I think you will have issues due to your GPU specifications I am sorry to say

Yes mate, found that out earlier. Sometimes we are the pigeon and other times, the statue.
