FredoCorner and RoundCorner

Hi everyone, I am trying to use the RoundCorner plugin, however, it is asking for a license, I saw that RoundCorner is "free" and the license is required for FredoCorner. Are both plugins paid? I'm from Brazil and I'm facing some difficulties when trying to purchase the license

Latest builds of RoundCorner requires a license. FredoCorner was always licensed.
There's a free Archived version of RoundCorner no longer supported...
